The Franklin County Conservation District is hosting an educational workshop for local design professionals. As of February 2022, the DEP has released a new PAG-01 General NPDES permit that is intended to provide NPDES permit coverage for stormwater discharges associated with small construction activities (1-5 acres and other constraints).

We plan to review the major changes that accompany the new permitting, and we’ll share what our expectations are. Please come prepared to ask specific questions. We’re here to help!

IMPORTANT: In order to register for the workshop, each individual must complete DEP’s ‘PAG-01 NPDES General Permit’ training via Clean Water Academy. The Training can be accessed HERE. A copy of the completion certificate must be submitted for each registrant.

Topics will include but are not limited to:

  • PAG-01 Eligibility Criteria
  • PAG-01 Submission and fees
  • PAG-01 Authorized and Non-Authorized Discharges
  • PAG-01 Review Process
  • PAG-01 Design Considerations
  • Programmatic Open Discussion
